We accept all major credit cards (Visa®, MasterCard®, Amex®, Discover®) with a 50% deposit for reservations. Cash payments are accepted in person.
Cancellations: Hourly rides – 24–48 hrs, Special events – 72 hrs, Airport transfers – before dispatch.
No-shows & Extra Stops: Missed pickups incur full charges; extra stops billed $15–$50+.
A 15-minute grace period applies to all pickups. Trips between 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM may include a $15–$25 surcharge depending on distance and timing.
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking to ensure cleanliness and passenger health. Employees undergo background checks, cybersecurity training, and follow a strict drug-free policy to maintain safety and professionalism.
